Myan Marcen-Gaudaur

Director, Social Impact, Scotiabank

Myan Marcen-Gaudaur had a 15 year+ career in film, sponsorship and marketing before shifting her professional focus toward corporate ESG and Social Impact.  At CIBC, Myan's mandate supported the socio-economic empowerment of Indigenous Peoples through the development of equitable policies, processes, products, services and educational tools.  In her current role on Scotiabank’s Social Impact team, she leads strategic investment initiatives related to Economic Resilience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Reconciliation. 

Myan currently sits on the board of Connected North, supports New Canadians as a Triec mentor and is a 10-time Ride to Conquer Cancer finisher. Myan is a citizen of the Metis Nation of Ontario and is on a life-long journey to restore the lost connections of culture, history and tradition between her and her Chippawa heritage.
